REFUND
Myraben Limited's refund policy is designed to protect the interests of our customers.
Customers who have already paid can request a refund if something goes wrong.
Please be aware that your refund request will be handled with the utmost care by our team.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund any additional fees paid during the refund process.
A return greater than the original sum is also not allowed. Myraben Limited is committed to helping all customers who encounter difficulties.
CHRONOLOGY
Within 14 days of the refund request, we have the option to request more information from the customer. Within 14 days, these components must be returned to the applicant.
Customers will be notified within the following timeframes after receipt of a refund request:
If no other information is requested, the refund request form will be processed within 5 business days.
After determining that a customer is entitled to a refund, we will offer a refund within 10 business days of that determination. However, customers who do not provide the requested information or who are under investigation for fraud or illegal activities will not receive a refund.
ADDITIONAL
Additional funds are not refunded, but may be added to the initial payment or changed to another currency.
If the law changes, Yogee Me may adjust its refund policy.
If the refund policy of Yogee Me is not suitable for the user; he must leave the website and stop using its services.
Under no circumstances will Yogee Me be liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, refund amounts, or delays in processing refunds, resulting from the use of Myraben Limited.
In the EU, refunds and withdrawals
Sales of digital content are covered by the right of withdrawal under European law. However, digital information can and often is exempt from this regulation. If Yogee Me is not suitable for you, the European Union grants you a cooling-off period of 14 days after your purchase or your first use of content or services (whichever comes first).
During your trial period you cannot appeal to your legal right of cancellation.
